Elixir Sauce Co. – Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview

At Elixir Sauce Co., we take pride in crafting small-batch, high-quality hot sauces made right here in Spokane Valley, WA. Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns once they have left our facility. However, we always want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective in any way, we will make it right.

This policy applies to all purchases made directly from elixirsauce.com

2. Non-Returnable Nature of Food Products

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food items. including hot sauces, condiments, or other consumable goods, once they have been shipped.
This policy ensures product safety and compliance with food handling laws.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

To report a problem:

  1. Email sales@elixirsauce.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

  2. We’ll respond within 2 business days to verify the issue and offer one of the following resolutions:

    • A replacement of the affected item(s) at no additional charge, or

    • A refund to your original payment method.

We may ask you to safely dispose of the damaged product; please do not ship food items back to us unless specifically requested.

4. Refunds

Once your issue is verified and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and you’ll receive a confirmation email once complete.

5. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@elixirsauce.com.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded except in cases of damage or error as outlined above. We will do everything we can to accommodate cancellations before orders have shipped.

6. Gifts and Promotional Items

If you received a product as part of a gift or promotion and it arrived damaged, please contact us and include proof of purchase or the sender’s order information. We’ll gladly send a replacement if eligible.
